- AI assists with content creation, coaching preparation, research, and business operations
- All final content, coaching, and strategic decisions are human-led and reviewed by me personally
- AI-generated content is refined through my expertise, experience, and voice
Your Data and AI
- Client data is never uploaded to AI tools without explicit consent
- Coaching sessions, personal information, and business details shared in confidence stay in confidence
- If AI tools are used in the context of your coaching engagement, you will know about it upfront
